Without these, it is very difficult to get your Website or Blogger approved for monetization by Adsense. Contact us page one of them . let’s talk about how to create Contact us page using contact us Form in Blogger.
Basic Steps to be executed:

Add Contact us Gadget.

Hide Gadget from Blogger.

Create Page and add contact us Page.
-
Link page you Navigation Menu.
How to Create CONTACT US Form:
Step1: Login to Blogger and go to the LAYOUT section.
Step2: Click on add Gadget.
Step3: Select Contact us Form from the list.
Step4: Click on Save to Save contact form Gadget.
Step5: Go to Theme .
Step6: Click on HTML
Step7: Select CONTACT FORM from the “Jump to Gadget “ option.
Or you can press Ctrl + F and type ContactForm . In short you have to search for Contact form Code in HTML.
Step8: Click on Black arrow to expand the code.
Step9: Click again on black arrow .
Step10: Delete the portion of code between < b:includable id=’main’> and
Step11: Save the them and your gadget is not hidden and will not be visible on blogger homepage.**
How to add Contact up Page :
Now you need to create a page for contact us form . Follow the below steps.
Step1: Go to Blogger Page and click on New Page.
Step2: Click on HTML tab.
You can DOWNLOAD the CONTACT US PAGE HTML TEMPLATE CODE FROM HERE .
You can also go through Contact us HTML code generator for contact us page design.
Once you download the code, Copy the code and paste in HTML section.
Step 3: Click on save and you are done now.
